A current driver screening is required for anyone driving for ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ business. Screenings are valid for 1-year for staff and faculty, and for 6-months for students. When a driver screening expires, a new MVR form is required. Please submit these documents at least two weeks before the requested reservation. Please note: in some cases, including MVR requests with an out-of-state license, it may be necessary for ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ's Department of Human Resources to run an in-depth screening through a vendor. There is a $23 fee for the background check, which is typically charged to the department or student organization’s account. Once submitted, these out-of-state screenings may take 3-5 days for approval.
