Graduate applicants must meet all minimum requirements for consideration.

1. Academic: Hold a baccalaureate degree equivalent to a baccalaureate degree earned in the U.S.
    
2. Evaluation: For all college or university transcripts received from an overseas institution, you must get a foreign transcript evaluation. Results must be sent directly from the foreign transcript evaluation service to ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ. 3. English language proficiency: Successfully meet one of the below options as proof of English language proficiency. Test scores must be sent from the testing agencies directly to ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ.
